During the Ministerial Meeting XVI in Willemstad (Curaçao), the departing Chairwoman of the CFATF, the Honorable Madame Janet Harris from St. Kitts (middle), was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by the newly elected Chairwoman of the Caribbean

Financial Action Task Force (CFATF), Honorable Madame Ersilia de Lannooy, Minister of Finance of the Netherlands Antilles (right) and the Secretary of State of the Netherlands Antilles, Honorable Madame Shamara Nicholson (left). The Certificate of Appreciation was handed to Mrs. Harris during the opening ceremony of the CFATF Ministerial Meeting XVI in the Marriott Beach Resort in Curaçao.
